National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week
November 17-23, 2024
Join SBCS as we raise awareness and take action to address the urgent issues of hunger and homelessness affecting families, youth, and individuals across San Diego County. This week is a powerful opportunity to make a difference and stand in solidarity with those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity.
At SBCS, we are committed to transforming communities by supporting the well-being and prosperity of children, youth, and families. During this special week, we invite you to participate by making an in-kind donation that directly supports the essential needs of the most vulnerable in our community.
How You Can Help:
Donate much-needed items to SBCS during National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week! Your contributions will help us continue providing critical services to over 50,000 people each year. Whether it’s warm clothing, hygiene products, non-perishable food, or other essentials, your generosity makes a difference.
Important!
Before dropping off donations, please contact our Donation Department to ensure we have the capacity to accept your items. Our storage space is limited, so we want to ensure your donation can be put to immediate use!
